1. Scope and seller

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on solunaparis.com. The seller and your contractual partner is:

SOLUNA PARIS is a trading name of R.A International Limited. Our offer is aimed at consumers. Customers' own differing terms do not apply.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. You choose your product and personalisation, add it to the basket and enter your details at checkout. Before submitting, you see all details again and can correct them. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order.

You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order. The contract is concluded with this order confirmation. We send you the order details by email. You can view and save these terms on this page at any time. The contract languages are German, French, Dutch, English, Italian and Spanish.

3. Personalised jewellery

We make many pieces to your specifications, for example with initials, a name or chosen birthstones. Please check spelling, colour and selection before ordering. We make it exactly as you entered it. Changes are only possible as long as production has not started. Please write to us as soon as possible.

You confirm that your details do not infringe the rights of third parties and are not offensive or unlawful. We may refuse such orders. In that case, we refund any amounts already paid in full.

Photos show examples. Slight differences in colour and size are possible with handcrafted pieces and depending on your screen.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping is free to all delivery countries. You pay no customs duties or import taxes, including in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

For offers such as the Duo or the gift box, the price shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of purchase applies. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when you complete your order. Payments are processed by payment service providers based in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. They only receive the data needed for the payment.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Each piece is made within 48 hours. The parcel then takes 6 to 8 working days to arrive. You receive a tracking number by email. Delivery may be delayed on public holidays, during the Christmas season or due to strikes. Details are in our shipping policy.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. It does not apply to pieces made to your specifications, meaning those with initials, a name or chosen birthstones. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal policy.

9. Statutory rights and guarantee

Your statutory rights apply. In addition, we give a 2-year guarantee on materials and workmanship from delivery. It does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper handling. The guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

If a piece is damaged or delivered incorrectly, or if we made a mistake with the colour or personalisation, please send us a photo within 14 days of receipt to support@solunaparis.com. We will remake it free of charge. Reporting later does not limit your statutory rights.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and within the scope of any guarantee given. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Essential obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the contract possible and on which you may rely.

11. Use of the website

Texts, images, videos and trademarks on this website belong to us or our partners. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our consent. Our shop runs on the Shopify platform. We check links to other websites carefully, but their operators are responsible for their content.

12. Privacy

How we process your data is explained in our privacy policy.

13. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. If you have a question or a problem, please write to us directly. We almost always find a solution.

14. Governing law

The law of Hong Kong applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you are habitually resident remain unaffected. You may also enforce your rights before the courts where you live.

15. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. We may change these terms for future orders. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to your order.
