In short

Free shipping, no minimum order.
No customs fees or import tax, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Every piece is made for you within 48 hours.
The parcel then takes 6 to 8 working days to arrive.
You can see the estimated delivery date on the product page.
You will receive a tracking number by email.

Where we deliver

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free to all of these countries.

How your order works

After you order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
We make your piece with your initials, birthstones or name. This takes up to 48 hours.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a second email with your tracking number, so you can follow the delivery.
Your parcel arrives within 6 to 8 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If it takes longer

Around public holidays, during the Christmas season or in case of strikes, delivery can take a few days longer. If your parcel has still not arrived 5 working days after the estimated date, email us at support@solunaparis.com and we will sort it out straight away.

Changing or cancelling your order

Email us as soon as possible at support@solunaparis.com. As long as we have not started making your piece, we can change or cancel your order. After that it is unfortunately no longer possible, because the piece is made just for you.
