This privacy policy describes how R.A International Limited ("we"), operator of SOLUNA PARIS, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, buy from us or communicate with us (the "Services"). Our shop runs on Shopify. If this policy conflicts with our terms and conditions, this policy prevails as far as personal information is concerned.

Information we process

Personal information is information that identifies you or can be linked to you. Depending on how you use the Services, we process:

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address.
  • Payment information: payment method, card details, transaction details, payment confirmation.
  • Account information: username, password, settings.
  • Order information: items viewed, bought, returned or cancelled, personalisations such as initials, stones or names.

  • Device and usage information: device, browser, IP address, identifiers and how you use the Services.

  • Shopify and service providers working on our behalf, for example for IT, payment, analytics, customer service, storage, production and shipping.
  • Business and marketing partners who show our ads. They use the information under their own privacy policies. Depending on where you live, you can ask us not to share information for targeted advertising.
  • Third parties, if you ask us to or consent, for example with social media features.
  • Affiliated companies in our group.
  • In a merger or insolvency, to comply with the law and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

Relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts the Services and processes information about your use for this purpose, including in countries other than where you live. Third-party websites

Third-party websites we link to have their own privacy rules, for which we are not responsible. Anything you share publicly, for example on social media, can be seen by others.

Children's information

The Services are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Parents or guardians can request deletion using the contact details below. We do not share or sell information of people under 16.

Security and retention

No security measure is perfect. Please do not use insecure channels for confidential information. We keep information for as long as we need it for your account, the Services, legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights in particular, which may be limited by law:

  • Access to the information we hold about you.
  • Deletion of your information.
  • Correction of inaccurate information.
  • Portability: a copy of your information or its transfer to a third party.
  • Unsubscribing from marketing emails via the link in every email. You will still receive emails about your orders.

In the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object and to restrict processing and the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal applies to the future.

To exercise your rights, write to us using the contact details below. This will not disadvantage you. We may verify your identity. You can appoint an authorised agent, who must provide proof of authorisation. We respond promptly within the legal time limits.

International transfers

We may process your information outside your country of residence. For transfers from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent UK contracts, unless the destination country offers a recognised adequate level of protection.
