Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (R.A International Limited, Unit 1113, 11/F, Peninsula Centre, No. 67 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, email: support@solunaparis.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to R.A International Limited, Unit 1113, 11/F, Peninsula Centre, No. 67 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This covers all jewellery with initials, names or chosen birthstones.

Warranty

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. In addition, we give a 2-year warranty on material and craftsmanship. If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, or we made a mistake with colour or personalisation, send us a photo within 14 days to support@solunaparis.com. We will make it again free of charge.
