When you order, you choose the colour and, depending on the piece, two birthstones, your initials or a name.
What if I make a typo?
Before shipping, we change it for free, just write to us at support@solunaparis.com. Please check your details carefully before you buy. If we made a mistake or sent the wrong colour, we'll remake it once, free of charge.
Can I return my piece?
Personalised pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are made for you. For pieces without engraving, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. For defects, the 2-year warranty applies.
How long does delivery take?
