Does the ring tarnish or discolour?
No. Polished stainless steel, waterproof and sweat-proof. Showering, washing your hands and sport are no problem.
Which ring size do I need?
None. The ring is open and can be carefully bent tighter or wider, it fits almost any finger.
What if I make a typo in the initials?
Before shipping we change the engraving for free, just write to us at support@solunaparis.com. So please check your initials carefully before buying. If we made a typo or sent the wrong colour, we remake it once for free.
Can I return the ring?
Because every ring is engraved individually, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal. Defects are covered by the 2-year warranty. If we got the colour or engraving wrong, we remake it once for free.
How long does delivery take?
We engrave your ring within 48 hours and ship it with a tracking number. It then takes 6 to 8 days to arrive. The estimated delivery date is shown at the top of the purchase box.
Does the ring come in a gift box?
Yes, every option. The parcel contains no invoice and no prices.
